The terms, in plain words
This site publishes audits of public source code and offers early access to a monitoring service that is not yet available. Using the site means accepting the terms below.
What the audits are
- An audit is a reading of the public source code of a repository at one commit on one date, against a fixed list of twelve controls. It says what the code contains, not how the bot performs.
- Verdicts are produced by automated readers following that checklist and can contain errors. Every verdict links to the evidence so that you can check it yourself.
- An audit is not an endorsement, a ranking, a certification, or a recommendation to use or avoid any software or exchange.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trading cryptocurrencies, with or without a bot, can lose all of the money involved. Decisions to run a bot, to connect an exchange account or to trade are yours alone, and you carry the consequences.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaSFactory is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site, of the audits, or of any software or exchange mentioned on it.
Early access to the watchdog
Requesting early access is a request for information, not a purchase and not a contract. No payment is taken on this site. The founding price shown on the home page is the price we intend to offer to the people who requested early access; it becomes binding only when a subscription is offered and accepted under its own terms.
Using our content
You may quote the audits with a link to the page. Maintainers of audited repositories may embed their badge. Copying the site wholesale, or presenting our verdicts as your own, is not allowed. Repository names, code and licenses belong to their owners.
Corrections and contact
To dispute a verdict, request a re-audit or correct a fact, write to hello@saasfactoryagents.com. These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did.
